How we do it
Our Process - We begin by first understanding business objectives and requirements, from which we create a strategic plan, before designing the technical solutions. We build all projects from the business managers’ perspective and not what is technically feasible.
Experience and Quality - We feel that it is important to emphasize that we’ve continually fine tuned this process to provide not only experience but also quality to the client. A benchmark of this is that the system built for PlayStation.com is entirely managed by the business users and serves over 1 billion users a year with a 99.99% uptime.

Randall Eike, President
Randall has extensive experience in software development. He specializes in the architecture, design, and management of applications, web, mobile devices (iPhone and Android), and database systems. Randall has served as technology expert for executive management as well as architect, lead, and manager during engagements at Sony Computer Entertainment of America (SCEA), Caption Colorado, Genealogy.com (now part of Ancestry.com), The Learning Company, Biopar, Pocket Express, and others.
Randall is the architect of SCEA’s PlayStation.com and SOCOM.com site, which serves millions of consumers and provides interactive content for thousands of game titles. At Caption Colorado, he designed and built the system to stream live video and captioning for classes in universities. Randall is also very experienced in applications and database systems. He developed the database and technologies to support Biopar’s large scale project for ‘natural tagging’ wildlife. At The Learning Company, Randall implemented a high-level design and application interface for the A.D.A.P.T. learning assessment engine technology. He was the lead developer at Banner Blue Software for the Family Tree Maker project, a Windows based software title with over one million copies sold.
Randall has a BS in General Engineering from the University of Illinois (Urbana Champaign) and an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
Joheem Loh, Partner
Joheem has extensive experience in strategic marketing, business development and engineering. She brings a unique blend of experiences aligning Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
Joheem has a passion in innovation and new technologies. She is currently leading the effort in a social media startup, called Socxs. Socxs is a state-of-the art technology to simplify Social Xchanges for everyone, bringing together many different technologies – web, social, iPhone, and Android.
At Sony PlayStation, Joheem played a key role in leading and managing high-level design, strategic planning, along with aligning marketing and engineering objectives for PlayStation.com, a high volume website that serves millions of consumers. She further developed successful client relationships with other departments of PlayStation – Public Relations, Channel Marketing, and Retail Management. Joheem made the transition from engineering to business development at Fujitsu, leading market and product planning, aligning Fujitsu’s positioning with Apple, Dell, IBM, HP, and Compaq. Her strength is applying her knowledge in engineering to business.
Joheem received full scholarships from Stanford University for her MS in Electrical Engineering and from Lafayette College for her BS in Electrical Engineering and Physics.
ZJ Loh, Partner
ZJ has over 10 years of experience in software, web, and application development. He has extensive experience in Microsoft ASP.NET, Java, Open Source PHP, Web 2.0 AJAX T-SQL Databases, Android, and iPhone SDK. He plays a key role in the architecture and development of PlayStation sites, where he designed high availability infrastructure clusters, implemented content management systems, and developed automated enterprise app data synchronization. ZJ also has expertise in Web and Video Animation using Adobe Flash and Photoshop technologies and has developed video components that allow third party applications to integrate using cloud-based content delivery network.
ZJ has a BS in Computer Science from San Jose State University.
