Our people


Randall Eike founded Eike Interactive in 1997 with the simple vision of helping high tech businesses address their strategic and technical challenges. From the beginning, Randall's focus on client satisfaction has enabled Eike Interactive to steadily grow a solid client base. He grew the company making sure that we as a company never lose sight of this basic principle. We understand that to be successful, it's important to listen to our clients and for our clients to be successful.

Our principal consultants are from top-notched universities, such as Stanford, MIT, and Caltech. We also recruit from top universities. We have a rigorous interview process to select the best and we provide hands-on training to bring our people up to speed on technologies and methodologies.

Randall Eike, President

Randall Eike has over 15 years of experience in the software, web, and application development industry. He started Eike Interactive in 1997 to deliver custom solutions to high-tech organizations seeking to improve and expand their offerings. Since then, he has delivered strategic guidance and implementation services to companies that range from specialized Art Galleries and educational software companies to Fortune 50 companies. By making his clients successful, Randall Eike grew Eike Interactive to a team of 25 engineers, consultants and architects - all through word-of-mouth advertising and direct client references.

Before starting Eike Interactive, Eike worked at The Learning Company and Banner Blue Software in various engineering and management positions.

Randall has a BS in General Engineering from the University of Illinois (Urbana Champaign) and an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Joheem Loh, Executive Consultant

Joheem Loh started Eike Interactive with Randall. She has used her extensive experience in strategic marketing, business development and engineering to guide Eike Interactive clients in their strategic planning and business management. Furthermore, she is in charge of operations at Eike Interactive.

Before working with Eike Interactive, she was a senior manager at Fujitsu. There, she led Fujitsu's drive to expand their software business to reach industry leaders such as Citibank, Dell, Compaq, HP, Apple, and IBM. In that capacity, she served as the market and product expert to develop market strategies, business planning, and product positioning.

Joheem received her MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and her BS in Electrical Engineering and BS in Physics from Lafayette College.

Hugo Paz, Principal Architect

Hugo Paz has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, having held management and engineering positions at companies including The Learning Company, Mattel Interactive, Creative Wonders, and Banner Blue Software.

He joined Eike Interactive in 2003, where he takes the lead on architecting the infrastructure for incoming projects. His current focus is on the SCEA franchise sites as well as the Content Management System that underpins the entire SCEA web presence.

Previously, Hugo was Vice President of Engineering for The Learning Company where he managed a team of engineers in the development of all of their educational products. Since joining Eike Interactive, Hugo has refocused on technology and serves as the principal architect behind the Content Management System for PlayStation.com, a site that serves over 200,000,000 pages per year.

Hugo has a MS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
